Joe Biden places all the blame of ISIS on Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. EU leaders "embarrassed" into sanctions [Video]

US Vice-President Joe Biden finally said it…America’s key allies in the Middle East funded Islamic State (IS), all for the sole purpose of overthrowing  Assad in Syria. Of course the US/CIA also funded and trained ISIS but that’s another story. The beauty of Biden’s Harvard speech is that he totally throws the US’s Middle East coalition partners under the bus.

America’s “biggest problem” in Syria is its regional allies, Biden told students at the John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum at the Institute of Politics at Harvard University on Thursday.
“Our allies in the region were our largest problem in Syria,” he said, explaining that Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the UAE were “so determined to take down Assad,” that in a sense they started a “proxy Sunni-Shia war” by pouring “hundreds of millions of dollars and tens of thousands of tons of weapons” towards anyone who would fight against Assad.
“And we could not convince our colleagues to stop supplying them,” said Biden, thus disassociating the US from unleashing the civil war in Syria.
“The outcome of such a policy now is more visible,” he said, as it turned out they supplied extremists from Al-Nusra Front and Al-Qaeda.

Biden was not done. After passing the blame off on ISIS to the Middle East allies, he then moved on to the lapdog puppets we all know as the European Union.

America’s leadership had to embarrass Europe to impose economic hits on Russia over the crisis in Ukraine – even though the EU was opposed to such a motion, US Vice President Joe Biden revealed during a speech at Harvard.
“We’ve given Putin a simple choice: Respect Ukraine’s sovereignty or face increasing consequences,” Biden told a gathering at the John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum at Harvard University’s Institute of Politics on Thursday.
The consequences were the sanctions which the EU imposed on Russia, first targeting individual politicians and businessmen deemed responsible for the crisis in Ukraine, then switching to the energy, defense, and economic sectors.
“It is true they did not want to do that,” Biden admitted.
“It was America’s leadership and the president of the United States insisting, oft times almost having to embarrass Europe to stand up and take economic hits to impose costs,” the US vice president declared.

One can only imagine what NSA gathered information was used to “embarrass” EU leaders to place sanction on Russia and basically destroy their already weak economies. My guess, the US and NSA had tons of scandalous goodies (sex, drugs, hookers, kickbacks, etc…) on the EU leadership in Brussels.
