Michigan teacher accused of raping her 15 year old student is now testfying she was the victim not the boy

No sympathy for this woman whatsoever. It was a clear abuse of her authority as a teacher.

You would think the 1,000 plus erotic text messages she sent to this student and the six nights he spent sleeping over her house would be more than enough for this teacher to admit her crimes and come clean.

Abigail Simon, who taught at Catholic Central High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is charged with four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of accosting a child for immoral purposes for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old boy in 2013.

However, the now-35-year-old Simon told a Kent County Circuit Court jury that she was, in fact, the victim and said, again and again, sometimes near hysterically, that the boy forced her to have sex, Mlive reported.

“I didn’t engage in sex with him. He forced me to have sex with him,” she said, adding it was against her will and that she asked him to stop.

Simon said she never considered the relationship to be romantic, although she did admit text messages shared between her and the student were “inappropriate.”

She claimed that the 100kg pupil had a domineering character and that he raped her three times in her apartment and car. She also said that he slapped her on the face.

Simon, who was arrested after the boy’s mother found pictures of the teacher wearing a garter on his phone, told the court that she had not previously made the allegations previously was because she knew she would not be believed, Wood TV reported.

Simon gave her evidence after the jury heard the boy give his evidence over five days, stating that Simon was a predator who went after an innocent virgin. There were 1000 texts between the pair.

The teenager said the relationship was consensual and that they both knew it was wrong.

One text from Simon to the boy said: “I’m scared that you’re only 15”.

Another stated: “I’m just too old, as much as that stinks”.

Simon’s sensational claims were described as “absurd” by Assistant Kent County Prosecutor Helen Brinkman.

“I’ll never forgive you for that,” Simon snapped at her.

“I’m not sitting up here lying like your client.”

Last year, the boy told police he was the aggressor, stalking Simon and telling her he would kill her if she did not keep quiet. But he later testified he lied to protect her.

Before she testified, Simon wiped away tears as an interview was played before the jury in which she told police the teen had spent the night at least six times at her home but that they’d never had sex.

“It sounds like love to me,” Grand Rapids Police Detective Amy Lowrie told Simon during the interview.

“I know how it sounds,” Simon said.

Bottom line, this sick woman went after forbidden dick and she got it. Her problem is that she doesn’t want to go to jail, so she is playing the rape card.
