The rats are leaving the sinking ship. Foreigners in Ukraine’s government are taking off before it all blows!

The Ukrainian government is bleeding “foreign specialists” who were brought in by the US and EU rulers to help make Ukraine into the next Switzerland / Monaco / Tahiti paradise.

The numbers of rats abandoning the sinking ship that is Ukraine is startling, lets run it down…

Gone…Estonian specialist Jaanika Merilo quit her position at the Ukrainian Finance Ministry where she worked as Investment Advisor for the Minister.

She was charged with the introduction of electronic governance. Prior to her position in the Ukrainian government, she worked as an advisor for the head of the foreign affairs committee in the Estonian parliament.

Out of here…First Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister Sasha Borovik announced he was quitting after he joined the Ukrainian cabinet in a bid to push US/EU/IMF reforms.

He was considered to be a Deputy Minister, but was not appointed.  Borovik took Ukrainian citizenship and worked without pay for over two months. He says his resignation was the result of a conflict with Prime Minister “Yats” Yatsenyuk.

Adios…Ukrainian parliament dealt with a bill to fire the Healthcare Ministry’s Alexander Kvitashvili, a Georgian expatriate who was granted Ukrainian citizenship last year. The decision on the bill is yet to be announced.

Meanwhile…Former Georgian President, and convicted criminal, Mikhail Saakashvili, blamed Kiev for making no progress with its over the top economic reforms.

Saakashvili says he sees no political will by the Ukrainian government to carry out reforms.

Why all the foreigners in Ukraine’s government? Officially…

On December 2, 2014, a bill to allow foreigners to work in the Ukrainian government was introduced to the Verkhovna Rada. According to the law, a resident of any nation, except for an “occupant country” (Kiev blames Russia for “occupation” and “aggression”), or a stateless person, experienced in reforms, having higher education and sufficient knowledge of the Ukrainian language, can become an official in the Ukrainian government.

On December 2, the parliament approved the new cabinet which included a number of foreign specialists. They were granted Ukrainian citizenship by Poroshenko’s order.

To rob and pillage all of Ukraine’s resources. Sell of state assets to western companies, and set up huge kick back deals where money loaned to Ukraine by US/EU taxpayers for weapons and stuff, is conveniently transferred into the accounts of oligarchs, US, and EU officials. This is how wealth is made in today’s world.

And now for the biggest rat of them all…PM “Yats” Yatsenyuk.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk should hand in his resignation, a parliament lawmaker of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc told local TV-channel “112”.

“If they want to save the coalition, let’s save the coalition, but Yatsenyuk must step down,” Verkhovna Rada member Oleh Barna said against the background of the prime minister’s recent initiative.

Earlier, Arseniy Yatsenyuk offered some members of the coalition to leave because the coalition should be “real,” unn.com reported.

The coalition in the Verkhovna Rada comprises five factions: the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, the Radical Party, the People’s Front, the Self Reliance party, and the Fatherland party. The coalition was formed on November 21, 2014. More than 300 of its lawmakers ensure the majority in the 450-seat parliament.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk took office on February 27, 2014. In March 2015 he admitted the loss “of a quarter of the Ukrainian economy.”
