The US has imposed more sanctions on Russia. The EU is also coordinating with its masters in Washington to replicate the US policy.
No one really cares anymore.
The US coup, and NATO land grab of Crimea was a complete failure. Neocons and their teleprompter President were completely outplayed by Putin and his team. The neo-nazi “Nulandstan” (aka Ukraine) is an utter mess. US Ambassador Pyatt and his team of fugitives, oligarchs and wanted criminals are sinking, what once was a stable nation, into the abyss at record pace.
It’s all sour grapes now for the western oligarchs and their Soros overlord. With each pathetic announcement of more sanctions from Washington, and Brussels’ usual “thank you sir may I please have another one” response, all anyone does now is laugh or completely ignore the news and go on with the rest of their day.
For those interested, here are the actual stories…but we suggest skipping it and doing something more productive.
The United States has imposed further sanctions against Russia over the events in eastern Ukraine and Crimea. Eleven more people and 15 more companies have been put on the sanctions list.
Among the newly included firms are affiliate companies of Russian oil giant Rosneft, as well as several organizations linked to one of the country’s major banks – Vnesheconombank.
Sanctions were also imposed against five Crimean commercial ports located in the towns of Sevastopol, Feodoisa, Kerch, Evpatoria and Yalta, as well as the Kerch ferry service.
The US embassy to Russia said that Washington regards the new sanctions not as an escalation of tensions between the countries but rather as a “routine step” in strengthening current US policy.
The embassy said the restrictions are not linked to Russia vetoing the resolution on an MH17 tribunal.
The new US sanctions also targeted a Ukrainian businessman from Donetsk, Oleksandr Yanukovich, son of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich, who was toppled by the Maidan protests in 2014.
Along with Yanukovich’s son, the list also included the environment minister from his cabinet, Eduard Stavytsky.
Another target of the new US sanctions was Roman Rotenberg, the son of the Russian businessman Boris Rotenberg and the member of the Kontinental Hockey League Executive board.
The US sanctions also targeted Russian arms industry and arms export as the new list targeted the Kalashnikov Concern.
The US sanctions will not affect the corporate activities of the Kalashnikov Concern, as the production of the Izhevsk Mechanical Plant that has been added to the sanctions list has not been delivering to the US for more than a year, the press-service of the Kalashnikov Concern said.

EU spokesperson Maja Kocijancic said that the bloc took the expansion of US sanctions into account and said that the sanction strategies were coordinated.
The European Union has taken into account the expansion of sanctions by the United States against Russia and Ukraine and has confirmed that the EU’s actions are coordinated with those by the United States, EU Foreign Affairs and Security Policy spokesperson Maja Kocijancic said Friday.
“We’ve actually taken note of the announcement that was made by the US Treasury of restrictive measures on a number of persons and entities in Ukraine and Russia. It was made last night. We understand that these listings aim to close existing loopholes and avoid circumvention following the established policy. And many of these persons and entities are already included in the EU restrictive measures list, which already reflects our policy approaches were coordinated,” Kocijancic said at a briefing in Brussels.
The European Union, the United States and a number of their allies have imposed several rounds of sanctions against Russia after Crimea seceded from Ukraine to rejoin Russia in March 2014. Western nations have been accusing Moscow of meddling in Ukraine’s internal affairs, ignoring an over-96-percent vote by residents that saw Crimea rejoining Russia.
